At this point in time, my private practice is out-of-network for all insurance plans. I am happy to provide you with documentation that you can submit to your health insurance for reimbursement for occupational therapy services. I recommend contacting your insurance plan to discuss your out of network benefits and reimbursement rates.

My training as an occupational therapist has prepared me to support individuals navigating a range of physical, mental, or emotional health challenges. However, the perspective, tools, and approach used within OT sessions can benefit anyone. Most of us experience some degree of chronic stress or disconnection in our lives and all of us navigate life transitions where our environment, roles, and daily routines shift considerably. If we are willing to heed the call, these transitionary moments can be the spark of transformation.

A referral is not required to initiate services. However, if you plan to submit a re-imbursement request to your health insurance, one might be required. When you call your insurance company to clarify your out-of-network benefits, you can ask if a physician referral is required.
